This shot was taken from the Helshoogte Pass near Stellenbosch. The name "Helshoogte" is a contraction of "helse hoogte", which means "hell of a height". But I'm sure you'll agree that the view is heavenly... In fact, there are even more breathtaking views to be had along this stretch of road - we'll capture some of them for you in the future.I would rate this as one of the 5 most beautiful stretches of road around Cape Town. Wanna see what the others are? You'll have to keep visiting... :)

Let's see. Definitely Chappies. Then there's the coast road from Gordon's Bay to Betty's Bay. Villiersdorp to Franschoek. And who can beat the sight of Camp's Bay as you come over Kloof Nek.

Beautiful view. I've read about some one of the most scenic routes in South Africa so I'm looking forward to seeing more.
