I love love love this pic (might be because I love love love old bicycles)

Have you taken part in one of Cape Town’s #moonlightmass rides yet Paul?

We’re planning to go to the one this month or the next. It’s become quite popular in a very short time and is a photographer’s dream… a whole lot of colours, lights and personality-rich capetonians. If you can’t make it let me know and I’ll take pics for you (and yes I have a decent camera with decent photo-taking skills)

Thanks @nevetessa. :) Heh heh, nice – is it your bike? Is it also a Grand 1888?

@Jenna, thanks, glad you like it! Nope, I’ve never heard of #moonlightmass before… but now that I have… I think I shall have to take my camera along! And, say, Jenna, I really meant to go to the Holi festival, but it *totally* slipped my mind. If you remember, please drop me a line closer to #moonlightmass. :)

@Paul, seems like it but I’m not sure. and no, that’s not mine. I just saw it in the entrance of a resort, I found it interesting so I took a shot.
and thanks you liked it. ;)

@nevetessa, I was tempted to suggest that it’s sad that the bike isn’t yours… but then realised, just in time, that it would be awfully hipster of you to be riding about on on such an old bike. Not that it isn’t a nice bike, @Jenna. :P

Turned out that I didn’t make it to Holi either. I waited too late and tickets were sold out. A lot of my friends that did go enjoyed themselves immensely. Oh well… next year!

Nice bike, I didn’t know this brand existed and now I’m interested. Do you recommend it?
I’ven seen a good online deal on the M Deluxe model.

    Thanks in advance!
