Long Street life

If you're keen on doing something in Cape Town central at night, then Long Street is one of the places that you may want to visit. Lining the bright, buzzing street are several clubs, bars and restaurants. Even though I wouldn't recommend that members of our fairer sex wander Long Street alone after dark, it remains pretty safe for a couple looking for a good night out.Labels: night, party, restaurant

What are the unsafe parts? Muggers, robbers, or pimps? I guess I would be scared of them all. I do like your photograph a lot. Especially the lens that got the cars without distortion. So it must be fast.

Kerry-Anne and Paul, I'm missing Cape Town SO much! Only back from my travels in 3 weeks' time and have to come back to your site often to remind me of what I've been missing this past week.
That's a good night shot. We really feel the unique atmosphere of a city at night.
