Long Beach Surfer #3/3

posted by Paul
Today's post is the last in my trio of surfing photos. It's been very hot in Cape Town, and it's set to get hotter, with February normally being the hottest month of the year.

Although I'm told that our winter months are better for surfing, I'm pretty sure that the beaches will be filled with many surfers and ever more wannabe surfers.

Another great action shot. That surf looks awesome. We get surf here in the gulf near Adelaide, but to get anything sizeable you need to travel.

That looks really nice. I've done some surfing (with sail) but I guess this is something else. It's a great picture, but I miss the sky or the horizon.

Fantastic photo. The old Gondwanaland fragments certainly get the best surf!

We have both ice and snow around here in Ohio now. And the temperature outside is -4 C which is colder than the inside of your refrigerator. We have your heat and weather to look forward to here. February here is getting close to the end of winter and March is like the last gasps of winter.
