An unexpected subject
posted by Paul
I've only twice had a stranger step in front of my camera and pose for a shot. Once was at the beach and this time on a railway line. As this little guy strolled over the railway lines he turned to me, posed, I shot two photos, gave the thumbs-up, he smiled, he left. How strange. It must be a confident person who steps in front of a stranger's camera to be the subject of their attention.

The photograph is stunning. It looks like something spontaneous the boy wanted. And you got it. Nice all around.
That's awesome.
Imagine a grown up looking this natural and confident, I can't. Great capture!
Thanks for the comments, Abraham, Eleanor and Pia. Children sometimes make the best photo subjects, don't they? No inhibitions, and a natural sense of exuberance.
