was me
Can I come? It's cold here in Grenoble and I'm sick!
Great feeling - all those leave it behind feelings as you approach the beach or the sea
This white sand reminds me of the beaches in Alabama.
Please cover up, people! Use factor 25+ sunscreen, wear a hat and stay out of the sun between 10 and 4. Yes, sounds boring, but melanoma (the most deadly form of skin cancer) is on the increase and it's currently the top cancer in women between 25-30 years. If you MUST suntan, be sure to visit your dermatologist for a full body check at least once a year, preferably twice.
Robynn & I proved your point last night and hit the beach after work. All we needed was some take-out and a pic-nic blanket, mother nature took care of the rest. Glorious!
Nice photograph. Hot? It is freezing here and snowing. What a difference.
Spikay Mikay > I hope you're 8 months is up soon! The weather is awesome here. :)
Bleeding Orange > Of course you can get some relief from the cold on our beaches. :) - Hope you're feeling better soon!
jo > I always wear factor 30+. Fair skinned people should be especially careful when visiting Africa. I've seen far to many tourists burned bright red. Africa's sun really is harsh.
scott > Awesome Scott. We're moving to Canal Walk for a month in March - so we'll be spending loads of time at Camps Bay / Clifton. :)
oldmanlincoln > Yes, very hot. I hope this post brought some warmth to you guys in Brookville.
