Walking down the street

Walking down the street
Have I mentioned that I really like taking photos of people? Some people like shooting animals, others of landscapes, and yet others enjoy macro photos of insects and inanimate objects. I find that for some reason photos that include people, be they models or unwitting subjects, seem to have a special characteristic that I find difficult to explain.

Here's a link to a collection of photos of people that I've published on Cape Town Daily Photo and my collection of modeling photos on my portfolio site. Enjoy! :)

Pictures of people are one of the most interesting ones imho. Especially from other coutries/cultures. But on the other hand, people are very difficult to photograph, especially when they are moving.
So well done on this shot – I think it’s very nice and peaceful and I like the colour of the pants of the right girl. :) Where did you take this picture?

That’s a cool stream of photos Steve. The one you pointed out was amusing though. :)

Jules, yup, exactly so. I’m still a little shy to walk up to someone and get in their face with a camera though. Ha ha. :) Thanks for the compliment – yeah, I find it a peaceful part of the city. The pic was taken exactly here: http://goo.gl/maps/9KTL
