Going nowhere slowly

posted by Kerry-Anne
I stopped to grab some lunch at High Street Shopping Village, and thought a shot of this mini-carousel might be in order. There was not a single child to be spotted anywhere - I suspect the weather was just a little too cold for them - so both the carousel and the teeny-tiny ferris wheel nearby were standing empty and motionless.

Well, it's carousel time in Europe, so I shot the kids riding the wooden horses ! I'm looking forward to see another picture when your carousel starts turning (well, it'll be winter here, so maybe i'm not that eager to see it after all...). ;-)

I wonder if it was an exhibit of new iPhones instead -- would crowds of youngsters magically appear?

What a beautiful carousel and how sad it is empty - maybe you should have jumped on and had your lunch on it!!

Oh, on second thoughts it probably isn't the best thing for indigestion
