Wow, that is really awesome! Did you need to get special permission to go on there and taking these photos?
I remember seeing that bridge growing up in Cape Town and every couple of years hearing about plans to fix it, but nothing ever seemed to happen.

Hi Dieter – I don’t think one needs permission… Well, I never saw any signs restricting access. I just drove on up! They have barricades to prevent vehicles driving too far along, so I had to walk the last 100m or so.
